Dr. Chinnam Reddy, with nearly 3 decades of immense experience rose from the position of a lecturer to Director of NITHM. He has an immaculate career with interests in E-Learning, market research, data analysis, business strategy, planning and development, management consulting and statistics.

Under his stewardship and active cooperation from various state governments the Tourism Institute is gearing up become a Tourism University & European Languages Factory by 2022.

Ava Kholwadia

Ava Kholwadia was born and raised in London. After her formal education in London, she built experience within customer service and administration.
In 1994, she moved with her husband and 2 sons to Belgium where she worked in Healtcare, NGO, and e-commerce corporations.

Ava believes that understading the culture and learning the language is paromount to adjusting to live in another country. Thanks to her Indian heritage this was not a difficult process.

She is a trained yoga teacher and has been successfully running her yoga business and workshops teaching cultural diversity within the education system in Belgium.

She would like to give back to both countries, where she was raised & worked and hence she has joined the ILF Global Management team to provide her language skills, academic counselling, life lessons to the future generations.

Prof V. Krishna Mohan

Founding Advisor & Mentor: Dr V. Krishna Mohan is Professor at Andhra University, Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh) in Managment Studies, having a total teaching experience of 33 years. He teaches core Marketing and specialization papers to MBA/M.Com Students. He got Masters Degree in both Commerce & Management and PhD in Marketing Management from the Andhra University.
