Workplace diversity is understanding, accepting, and valuing differences between people including those:

  • of different ethnicity, races, genders, ages, religions, disabilities, and sexual orientations
  • with differences in education, personalities, skill sets, experiences, and knowledge bases

Equity refers to fair and respectful treatment of all subjects.

Inclusion says that all individuals should feel respected, valued, and accepted in the workplace.

We focus on the execution of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in support of our strategic planning to create a learning and working environment where employees have an opportunity to succeed. At i2i, we actively engage people leaders and employees to further behaviors, attitudes, and policies that support diversity, equity, and inclusion. In supporting the vision and goals of partners/clients under Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, we collaborate with stakeholders to assess potential barriers and will develop and implement strategies to recruit and retain a diverse workforce. Our leader will collaborate with stakeholders to assess the needs and recommend training initiatives on cultural competency, gender differences, disability, and other topics designed to increase awareness and support equity and inclusion values in compliance with applicable laws.
