Being your boss is a “dream” for many and also the “need” of many. The big limitations to this are having a viable product, managing cash cycles, having a robust organization, and managing client life cycle. These in turn increase the risks of success. We believe that more business fails not because of a poor or unviable idea but because of the inability of the promoter/founder to stitch the entire story of a successful organization together. I2i provides the opportunity to budding entrepreneurs to live their dreams by having zero investment and minimum risks. If you have the basic ability to motivate only 2 Volunteers and join them in our flagship program of IGI as the first qualification criteria.
We will be providing you the I2i & ILF International backbone to execute any business idea that you dream of.
Our Mission for the “Global Entrepreneurs” or “Glopreneurs” Program is: To enable Glopreneurs
successful by providing them a platform to create their Ecosystem of Anchor Clients and help to service them with world-class Infrastructure & Support Services of I2i Consulting.
- The Platform will provide Execution Excellence; be Transparent and Technology-driven.
- I2i with their Partners to have mutually Profitable and Long Term business association.
- I2i will provide the membership for Preferred Platinum Partner Progress Platform (5P) for all ASPs who want to grow their business profitably. This will be made possible through our ability to understand client needs, manage client relationships and provide bespoke products, solutions and services.
- Partner success is the KPI for all internal business decisions.
- Delivering Stakeholder Value is the KPI for all external business decisions.
